TOPSoccer is a community-based training program for all athletes with intellectual, emotional, and or physical disabilities. The program strives to provide soccer opportunities for players to develop at their own pace in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.
TOPSoccer creates an opportunity for players with disabilities to be part of the soccer community, where they grow emotionally and physically and where their families, coaches and buddies connect to share in the joy of playing soccer.
