The GK Program is open for non FD players and mandatory for FD players. This program will increase body mobility, body awareness, technical proficiency, tactical understanding and most of all self-efficacy of their own abilities. Goalkeeping is a unique position that a mistake normally has a bad result. Knowing this, we strive to work on the mental side of the position as well as the physical side.
