REC/ DEV SOCCER PROGRAM
Our Recreational/ Developmental Soccer Program is for 4-12 years old boys and girls. The main goal is to introduce our kids to this beautiful game through a curriculum designed to develop the skills of each player and maximize their confidence and creativity.

MINI FD
TODDLER PROGRAM
Our Toddler Recreational program is created for boys and girls born between 2019 and 2023. This is a parent and child training directed by our certified coaches, that has the goal of introducing soccer for the first time by developing basic coordination, motor and social skills through fun games, creativity and team interaction.

FD COMPETITIVE PROGRAM
FD Competitive Program is for competitive and premier-level players, born between 2015 and 2004, who demonstrate the desire and ability to learn and play soccer in a higher competitive format.

Our competitive program is designed to develop each individual player to his/her fullest potential while at the same time working on responsibility and commitment to a Team.
​

PROGRAMS
GK PROGRAM
The GK Program is open for non FD players and mandatory for FD goalkeepers. This program will increase body mobility, body awareness, technical proficiency, tactical understanding and most of all self-efficacy of their own abilities. Goalkeeping is a unique position that a mistake normally has a bad result. Knowing this, we strive to work on the mental side of the position as well as the physical side.

AFTER SCHOOL
SOCCER PROGRAM
The FD Soccer After-School is a fun program where participants learn all the key skills required to be successful in the game of soccer.
​
We include speed, agility and balance activities, which are also transferable skills that can be used in nearly any sport.
​
Our team incorporates learning into fun drills and activities, which appropriately challenge players and promote healthy physical activity and important social skills, such as teamwork and communication.
